Unexpected staff warmth shines through
Despite the challenges, I met genuinely kind staff members who helped turn my frown upside down. The location was perfect for exploring local spots too.
However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. hair and grime lingered in the bathroom, and the towels seemed badly worn out, making the stay less than comfortable.

brentwood inn & suites was almost beautiful, but the rooms were disgustingly dirty with mystery goo on the walls. And can we talk about the towels? They're like rags, seriously! I expected a complimentary upgrade for the hassle but I guess that's just too much to ask for. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

dirty carpets made it hard to relax. The bedding appeared clean, but the overall lack of upkeep was disappointing. I did appreciate the staff’s effort to address my concerns, but it wasn't enough to make this a pleasant experience.

We had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the rooms were surprisingly updated with no carpet, which was a big plus. We appreciated the friendly staff who were ready to help us with our needs.
The bed covering didn’t fit the bed well and seemed wrinkled.
